Faith Welcomes You .. New Members!!

[Hello Readers:  Sorry to be away for so long!  I am now back and will continue to blog on a more frequent basis.   Below is a poem I composed for all new members who join my church.]

Welcome to our Family of Faith

As a new member of this Church

Worshipping with us side-by-side

We want you to know the love of God

And feel his presence near

When you enter this Sacred House

And fellowship with us

May your heart be opened to God’s Grace

Through songs and words of praise

Should you at anytime desire

To pray with someone here

A prayer group with open hearts

Will gladly pray with you

For you are special to the Lord

And special to us too

And when you leave this Holy Place

With the peace of God within

May He guide, protect and keep you safe

To worship here again
